Am I eligible for a return?
Only orders that are domestic and less than 30 days are eligible for a return. Bought by Mistake, Arrived too late, No Longer Needed or Changed my Mind return requests are not eligible for full refunds. On each order you receive a pre-paid RMA label which can be utilized for returning your item. If the RMA label has been misplaced you may request a Pre-Paid Return Label may be requested by clicking this link. Some return fees may apply.
If your order is an International Order, at this time Pre-Paid labels are not available at this time. You can send the item directly from your local post office (shipping costs are non-refundable):

All items must include a tracking number. We are not responsible for any lost, damaged or misplaced shipments. Once the items have been revised please allow 3-5 business days for the refund process to begin, depending on your banking institution it may take longer.
All items must be sent back, along with any documentation, instructions, addons, free items, and marketing materials. In the case any of these items are missing, adjustments could be made to your refund for the cost of replacements and or items.
Custom Orders are non-refundable. Please contact us for other options that may be available to you, in case of any mishaps or errors in your order.

How long does a return take to process?
Once your return is received in our warehouse, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. Refunds typically reflect in your account within 5-10 business days after your return is processed. Tlaks Magnetic Curtains will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A refund will be issued to your original form of payment for the full purchase price (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges, and any separate fees). We must be provided back with a tracking number for the return.
Shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total of the item purchased if a prepaid label is provided, terms that you agreed upon when purchased.
What is my warranty on my product?
We are confident the value and quality of our merchandise will meet, if not exceed your expectations. In the event you are not completely satisfied, we'll gladly provide an exchange or refund your purchase price for items returned in their original condition within 30 days after you receive them (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges, and any separate fees). Refunds will be made to your original form of payment.
The item must also be returned with all packaging information documentation, instructions, addons, free items, and marketing materials.
Returning an Item due to Customs and VAT Charges?
If you wish to return the item, you can contact customs and request for the item be returned and we must be provided back with a tracking number. After we receive the item back in our warehouse, we can issue a refund. (excluding return shipping charges, discounts, shipping and handling charges, and any separate fees). Refunds will be made to your original form of payment.
Our return policy states that any item as long as they are not a custom, on sale, discounted or last chance may may be returned if they fall within the 30 days return window. After the 30 days unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or an exchange.
To be eligible for a exchange, or return your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, this also includes its packaging and accessories.
Return/Exchange Labels (RMA Labels)
Along with your package/item you may receive a pre-paid return label. If the label is misplaced, and a return is initiated customer is responsible for return/exchange label.
All labels contain a tracking number, in case of it being misplaced, the purchased return label by customer must include a tracking number as well.
Exchanges

SHIPPING POLICY: 100% of orders are shipped within two business day. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.
CUSTOMS CLEARANCE: Please be aware that delays may be imposed by your country’s customs clearance. Tlaks Magnetic Curtains™ is not responsible for paying any fees or rates charged by customs. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. If item is refused by customer, shipping costs will not be refunded in addition to any other costs shipping the item back to our warehouse/offices the post may be charged.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 15 business days for US orders and 21 business days for international orders. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
